This Mother's Day, get to know the team behind Decadorn. We are all mums, but each of us has a unique story and our own way of celebrating this special day. Join us as we share what Mother’s Day means to us - and, of course, the Decadorn treasures we’ll be gifting to our loved ones.

In my first buying role at 21, I was placed on the flower department for a well known retailer and had to buy and select hundreds of thousands of bouquets for mum’s all across the country - only a few months after losing my own mum. It was an incredibly hard few months, but I remember thinking how proud my Mum would have been.

I'm so lucky to be really close to my lovely Mum and my sister and we always try to celebrate Mother's Day together. We know time is precious, so we spend as much of it together as we possibly can around busy schedules and busy children! Every year, all 10 of us go on holiday - a truly special trip and so lovely to spend time with each other.
Last year I gifted my Mum a gorgeous Mother's Day poem by Jessica Urlichs, but this year I'll be getting her one of the Mum & Me necklaces that I know she will love wearing.
I've got my eye on the Guiding Star Chunky Chain bracelet featuring my birthstone, Amethyst, so will be hoping to get that this year from my boys!

I have always loved Mother's Day as a chance to celebrate my own very wonderful mother and my beautiful grandmothers who are no longer with us. Now, being a mum to two young ladies, I of course will relish in the handmade cards, bodged together gifts made with love and breakfast room service!
I have my sights set on some Moss Agate Gem Slice Hoops for my mum as a woman who emulates calm and a true 'mother nature' energy. As time as gone on, I am further surrounded by beautiful mums - my sisters, friends, in-laws and colleagues here at Decadorn. It is the greatest privilege of my life to be loved by a mother and to be a mother myself.

This Mother’s Day, I’ll be buying my mum a Lapis Lazuli tiny tumbled silver bracelet on the chunky chain. She already has the Lapis ear wire earrings as blue is her favourite colour and I’d love to get her this to match.
She wears lots of bracelets layered up, including some antique bangles which jangle as she walks, so you can always hear her coming! I know she’ll love the chunky bracelet with a flash of her favourite blue, and it will look great with her existing bangles.
