Christmas Delivery and Returns

Our last order date for pre-Christmas delivery to UK addresses is midday Wednesday 18th December.

We cannot guarantee that orders placed after this time will be delivered in time for Christmas and reserve the right to change our cut off date/times subject to demand and Royal Mail updates.

Currently Royal Mail is delivering one time and we have not been made aware of any delays. However, we always advise placing Christmas orders as soon as possible to ensure they arrive in plenty of time for the big day.

We can reassure you that when you receive your dispatch email, we have handed over your parcel to Royal Mail.

It's not unusual over the busy Christmas period that there are delays to Royal Mail updating their tracking system. We can see as much information as you can. What we do know is that parcels do arrive with our customers even when the tracking information has not been updated.

Yes. We will accept returns on items purchased between Sunday 1st December and Saturday 21st December, up to and including Wednesday 15th January 2025.

We hope that you, or the loved ones you are gifting to, are delighted with your jewellery. However, if you are not we will happily organise a refund or exchange for you, providing that you notify us by 15th January 2024 and the item is unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. After notifying us of your return you then have 14 days to return the items to us so that we can process your exchange/refund.

As usual, the following items are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

- Personalised items that are custom made and/or ordered with your choice of name, message or another customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be re-sold. This includes 'Create Your Own' items and items from our 'Add-On' charms, chains and gemstones that you have asked us to combine to your specific requirements.

- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings (unless faulty).

- Sale items (unless faulty) are non refundable but can be exchanged.

- No Waste items (unless faulty) are non refundable.

We do not take responsibility for or replace any jewellery that has clearly not been cared for appropriately as per the recommendations in our care guide.

All of our other terms re returns/exchanges apply. Any orders placed before 1st December, or after 21st December are subject to our usual 14-day returns period.
