- We ask that all orders are a minimum of £300 ex vat
Delivery
- Orders are sent either standard delivery at £3.95 or Next Day Delivery at £9.95 where available
- International orders: Individual rates will apply, please enquire
Timings
- Orders placed for items in stock will be hand-made and delivered within 2 weeks
- Forward orders will be delivered in 4-6 weeks
- We will always confirm delivery dates after your order is placed
Terms of Payment
- Orders require 100% payment to secure items
Checking your Delivery
- Please check stock on delivery and highlight any issues within 3 days of delivery
Product Information
- Please note all products are handmade and have a natural finish. Decadorn has made a choice to supply items in this state, therefore we cannot confirm the final look of the item. Items are one-of-a-kind pieces and should be purchased with this in mind
Packaging
- Your order will come with packaging included. We will supply either a matchbox style gift box or a pouch per item
- All orders will also be sent with a care card and, where available, a stone card
