All our jewellery is handmade and packaged into a recyclable gift box or cotton pouch, with a handwritten gemstone meaning card.

We will happily organise a refund or exchange for you (certain items are non refundable, please see our returns policy) providing that you notify us within 14 days of purchase and the item is unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. After notifying us of your return you then have 14 days to return the items to us so that we can process your exchange/refund.

These materials can naturally tarnish over time, especially when exposed to air, moisture, perfume, or cosmetics. Plating may wear with regular use, and gemstones or pearls can fade if not cared for properly.
